Granny Woven Heart Crochet Free Pattern

The pattern for this heart was based on the Swedish Woven Paper Hearts, can be used as gift bag, or ornament decoration. 2 equal parts are woven together to get the shape of the heart. Add a ribbon or a closure if you like. You might want to sew/crochet the heart a bit more closed at the outer sides of the round parts. Do so after assembly. Use the heart as a hanging decoration, to hold a sachet of potpourri or to hold a gift for your loved ones.
