Ladies Yoke Cape is an antique pattern, and as such uses vintage sizing and instructions. Crochet with “4-ply” fingering weight yarn with long bone crochet hook, size 5. Crochet in star stitch with ruffle edging for draping, length can be easily adjusted, shell edging around the whole for final finish. Elwen changes the pattern with little variation on star stitch, and pattern calls for 1 hank of the yoke color and 2.5 hanks for the cape color.
